how do i book my event
There are three ways to book with us: You can submit a request through our contact form, email us at kenteventpackages@gmail.com for complex bookings, or call us directly at 01322 686 919.
Do you need a deposit?
Standard practice is to take a 20% deposit before the event to secure the date. However, this may vary depending on the event and the size of the package.
When is payment due?
Full payment is due 4-6 weeks prior to the event.
Do you offer Discounts?
Some of our packages offer great bundle deals at reduced prices. If you are looking to have a larger event bespoke pricing can be discussed.
Can i add extras to my event?
Yes, you can add extras to your event. Please contact us to discuss further.
Payment Plans
yes, we offer payment plans. please get in touch for further information. Invoices must be settled before the event.
Acceptable payment methods
we accept all major credit and debit cards, bank transfer is preferred and we accept cash.
Are you PAT tested?
All of our electronics are PAT tested on an annual basis to ensure the safety of our Equipment.
