Beginning his musical journey at the age of 3 with piano lessons and took up the saxophone at 13. By 18, he had achieved Grade 8 in both instruments from the Associated Board Exams, earning high distinctions in each.
At 17, he was admitted to the prestigious Chetham's School of Music, where he honed his skills in both jazz and classical music. There, he had the chance to perform with notable jazz musicians such as Johnny Dankworth and Peter King.
Following his time at Chetham's, he continued his studies at the Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts (LIPA), founded by Paul McCartney, focusing primarily on jazz. At LIPA, he was mentored by the acclaimed saxophonist Ian Dixon, known for his work with Michael Brecker and Sting. Since graduating, he has established himself as a full-time session musician, performing at venues across the UK and internationally.
In addition to playing with some of London's top function bands, he specialises in collaborating with DJs, creating a distinctive live experience for partygoers. He has performed at some of London's most exclusive nightclubs, including The Arts Club Mayfair, frequented by celebrities like David Beckham, Graham Norton, and Nicole Scherzinger.
For the past five years, he has also been Steven Gerrard’s resident saxophonist, playing at events both in Liverpool and Portugal.
