The Brief
Luxury. Energy. Atmosphere.
Lisa and Barry wanted a wedding celebration that felt sophisticated and beautifully considered, while still delivering an unforgettable party. The brief was to create a seamless experience that moved effortlessly from an elegant wedding breakfast into a high-energy evening celebration — with premium entertainment at its heart.

Creative Direction
The creative direction centred around modern luxury with an unmistakable party atmosphere.
Rather than treating each element independently, we created a cohesive entertainment experience — combining premium DJ production, live saxophone, vocals and immersive guest entertainment.
The objective was simple: beautifully presented, technically exceptional and completely focused on the guest experience.
Lighting Concept
Lighting was designed to evolve with the evening.
During the wedding breakfast, the production remained refined and understated. As the evening progressed, the lighting became more dynamic, introducing movement, colour and energy across the dance floor.
The result was a production that changed with the atmosphere rather than competing with it.

Challenges
The challenge was to create one cohesive experience across multiple stages of the celebration.
With entertainment spanning the wedding breakfast through to the evening party, the production needed to transition seamlessly without disrupting the flow of the day.
Morning installation allowed our team to prepare everything discreetly in advance, returning later in the evening ready to deliver the
finished experience.
The Final Result
A packed dance floor. Live music. Immersive entertainment. And a party that carried right through the evening.
The combination of DJ, live saxophone, vocalist and 360° entertainment created an atmosphere that appealed across generations — exactly what Lisa had hoped for.
The saxophone became one of the standout moments of the evening, helping drive the energy on the dance floor and creating an experience guests continued to talk about.

A sophisticated London wedding celebration, brought together with exceptional entertainment, production and guest experiences.
We first met Rebecca and Kyle over coffee, taking the time to understand exactly how they wanted their wedding day to feel. Over a relaxed conversation, fresh organic coffee and more than a little banana bread, we explored their ideas, requirements and the experience they wanted to create for their guests.
From that initial conversation, we developed a bespoke entertainment experience designed to take their guests seamlessly from the wedding breakfast through to an unforgettable evening celebration.

The Setup
With the wedding taking place aboard a boat in central London, the logistics required careful planning and precise timing.
Our team arrived at 08:00, allowing plenty of time to load in, prepare and test the production before guests arrived. Working within the unique environment of a moving event space, every element was carefully considered to ensure the entertainment could operate seamlessly throughout the day and evening.

From live vocals during the wedding breakfast to the combination of DJ, saxophone and percussion later in the evening, the entertainment evolved naturally throughout the celebration.

Aggregate Industries - Product Launch
The Brief
A seamless, fully managed event experience — from the initial concept through to the final guest departure.
We began with our complimentary consultation, taking the time to understand our client’s objectives, practical requirements and overall vision for the event. From there, we developed a detailed proposal, refining the specification through several additions and adjustments before everything was approved.
Once confirmed, our team attended site to finalise the layout, logistics and method statement, ensuring every element was carefully planned and ready for delivery.

The Setup
With no opportunity for pre-event installation, precision and efficiency were essential.
Our team arrived on site at 07:00 and began the full installation immediately. Despite the extensive production involved, everything was completed and event-ready by midday, giving us more than two hours of contingency before guests arrived.
At the end of the event, our team returned to work swiftly and professionally, with the entire installation dismantled and the site cleared within two hours.

The Brief
A milestone birthday celebration designed to feel effortless, personal and unforgettable.
We began with a WhatsApp consultation, working around our client’s schedule to explore ideas for her milestone birthday and understand exactly how she wanted the celebration to feel.
From the initial conversation, we helped shape the vision, offering creative ideas, alternative options and practical solutions to bring the event together. The result was a completely bespoke celebration, with every element considered from the setting and catering through to the entertainment and guest experience.

The Setup
With the celebration taking place on a Saturday, careful planning allowed us to spread the installation across two stages.
Our team arrived on the Thursday morning to install the 18m x 6m marquee, giving us plenty of time to prepare the main event environment ahead of the weekend.
On the day of the celebration, the team returned at 11:00am to complete the remaining production, entertainment, catering and guest facilities — ensuring every detail was ready well before guests arrived.
This approach allowed us to build the event without unnecessary pressure, with the marquee and infrastructure already in place before the final elements were installed.

We were contacted by Jon and his family after they discovered Kent Event Packages through our fantastic online reviews. With only four weeks to bring the celebration together, we immediately began working through their requirements and exploring the best options for the event.
